Stay away from the scale during this time. I always gain 4lbs during this time. it is frustrating. Don't let it get you down. I am sure once you are done the weight will drop off again. :)

I don't wear shoes when I work out at home. I am more comfortable that way.

My son. My parents died early and I want to be around as long as possible for all stages of his life. My second reason would be, I would really like to know what I would be like at my optimum weight and healthy. I have always been overweight, so I am curious to see how my life while change or not with the weight loss.

Sometimes it takes a while before the scale moves and then all of a sudden...Wham!!!...there went 5lbs! Don't give up. Keep exercising and watching those calories! :)

Yes! I always gain 4 lbs! It is so annoying, I just basically ignore the scale during that time.
