mine either predict way less than I will actually lose or way more than I will actually gain, but my intake numbers are all over the place and not only is every day not "like today" there is up to a 3000 calorie swing so they are especially useless for me.

red skin and regular potatoes cook up differently and provide different experience in eating in texture, etc. And sweet potatoes have a totally different flavor profile. saying that medications themselves don't make you gain weight and saying it's simple to not gain weight while on certain meds isn't the same thing. Some meds to affect metabolism, etc. That still doesn't mean the med itself causes the weight gain.

In general, probably if it seemed like something fun. But this place, IIRC, is downtown, which if you are staying on the strip to me it's not worth the time it takes to get downtown unless you are there for a week or more. Too many better things to see/do and better places to eat that are within walking distance.

what problem are you trying to correct exactly? Also you probably need to say how many cals are on a "binge" day. People call something a binge but that can mean anywhere from 2000 to 10000 calories.
