I'm very familiar with the program. I wouldn't have commented on it if I was not. I'm all for programs that force people to get up and be active, and yes there are relatively worse programs one can do. With that being said, I stand by what I said. P90x lacks the high tension muscle stimulus required to preserve LBM in a…

Sugar was directly responsible for the holocaust.

I've bought my own dinners to restaurants. I give zero ****s.

Also can be called a refeed (a period during dieting where you overfeed with lots of carbs). It can be beneficial in certain contexts.
-
How much do you weight and what's your current BF%?
-
Although you won't have to worry too much about losing much LBM if you're extremely overfat/obese. As you get leaner, it will start becoming a very relevant concern.

From what I've read, most people acknowledge that the definition is subjective. There's just a certain few who seem to disagree.

This is the best thread title I have ever seen. It even sort of rhymes.

To be clear, there's plenty of other vegetarian foods that will have more protein than beans.
-
Depends on what my current goal is. Currently doing a sort of cyclical thing, so yes, for about half the week, I eat what you would consider low carb.
-
You do p90x + eat low carb?
-
That's why you need to wash them oranges real well, to get rid of those dirty unclean chemicals.

Depends on gender, and even then there will be variations.

As long as it's not in the gill cycle, it's Jurassic. Yes, most reptile pokemon are allowed. Good luck trying to eat an Onix or Metapod though.

Damnit, would you stop trolling with your logical points and well-reasoned arguments? Take it somewhere else. Argh, I hate trolls.

A baked potato has a pretty high GI. Higher than a lot of candies. I am assuming the OP does not have PCOS.
-
GI doesn't really matter much.

Will you be in a calorie deficit? If so, yes.
-
It means absolutely nothing, don't worry about it.

Protein powder is not cheating. Take if it helps you hit your protein goal. Or just eat real food, it's possible even as a vegetarian. Muscle doesn't burn as many calories as you would think.

I gain and drop 8 lbs of water in a day too. Stop vesting so much in what the scale says on one day. Look for trends over time (although ideally you should focus on body composition more than weight anyway).

I personally think the paleo diet is a bit outdated. Even the word "paleo" means old. Many have moved on to the neolithic diet, which is based on cutting-edge science (you can even eat candy). I mean if you want to go old school, why not just do the Jurassic Diet? Dinosaurs lived far longer than us. If you go Jurassic, you…

Give it up Ron, you cannot provide evidence to a cult member, let alone reason with them. Evidence does not matter when you are a believer. Just look at her screen-name - she is following the one true path to salvation.

1. Increase your sodium/magnesium/potassium intake 2/3. Save your carbs for bedtime. 4. Try EC stack. 5. What are you taking around your workouts? 9. Eat a crapload of veggies everyday Take fishoil, not flaxseed oil. I'm guessing you pirated the first edition - this is reflected in the updated version..

Lyle does not recommend crash dieting in most cases. Despite this, he acknowledges that people will do it anyway. And if you're going to do it, this is how you should do it in order to optimally retain your LBM. And RFL works great for that. Flaxseed is not an adequate replacement for the fish oil. Also, it doesn't matter…

Regardless of the motivation for alcohol consumption, it can have benefits. http://www.leangains.com/2010/07/truth-about-alcohol-fat-loss-and-muscle.html

Okay, so the bottom line is no one called you a moron. I just read your original post. If you want to think diets are "a way of thought", that's great. I wish you luck with your current way of thought. But realize that some folks look at things from a scientific perspective, and you making vague blanket statements like…
-
I'm aware of that. You're making assumptions of what I am thinking instead of looking at what I actually said.
-
No one else used the term 'moron' aside from me, so I assumed it was directed toward me. In most cases, you're right. This is an interesting read http://youarenotsosmart.com/2011/06/10/the-backfire-effect/
