I was diagnosed with PCOS around 6 years ago. I've found since losing almost 20 lbs and eating better I not only feel better, but some of my symptoms are improving as well!

I normally have water with me at all times... from the time I get out of the shower until I go to bed. I would say I drink about 8-10 oz an hour... sometimes more depending on the time of day and my thirst level. O

NSV - I ate an apple on the way home instead of going through drive thru somewhere.......I also took bathing suit pictures this morning. I can see a difference..and the few people I've let see them say they can see a bigger difference...and that I'm looking great....... <insert happy dance>

I go to the gym M-F right after work (around 3:30) and always work out for close to an hour. Occasionally I'll do some things at home, usually Ab ripper X.

I have several videos, but I have rarely have the motivation to do anything at home. Except for P90X Ab Ripper X , and thats pretty much only because my friend messages me and we do it at the same time.
