I have heard that it's hard to get rid of saggy skin if it's caused by C-sections. They have to separate the skin from the muscle soe during the procedure, and that never really quite heals back to the way it used to be. You can probably make it better, but I don't think you can get rid of it completely without surgery.

Sandwiches with tons of veggies, pasta with veggies (sauce in separate container), stir fry, salads (dressing in separate container), tacos/burritos. There are also a lot of "side dish" type foods you can make the night before and pack up. You can do it and it shouldn't take you too much longer to make these the night…

Try new foods, and try not to keep the "junk" in the house. What are you craving, exactly? If you're looking for a salty replacement, try a handful of nuts. If you're looking for something sweet, get yourself some fruit. You can even make yourself a smoothie. Try some granola as a snack. Buy new dips and dip veggies in…

Try beans, seeds, and nuts. Avocado has a lot of calories in it too. You can use it as a sandwich spread and it's pretty yummy. Hummus is good too, you can dip all those veggies you like to munch on in it.

When I get back on my schedule (had to take some time off to go on vacation... and now I need to recover from vacation) I will be: Mon/Wednesday/Friday: Running for 30 minutes + 15 minutes arm exercises (calisthenics) Tues/Thursday: Biking for 30 minutes + 15 minutes core and leg exercises (calisthenics) Sometimes I skip…

I tried a few different vegan protein powders and I like Vega the best, by far. It seems... "smoother" than the others I have tried, somehow. I love it, personally. Sometimes I just mix the chocolate one with some hemp milk as if it were Nesquik powder, haha... I have heard that some people have a hard time digesting it,…

I'm 5'2", female, and 24 years old, and 165 pounds. I aim for around 1,600-1,700 a day, total. That seems to be working for me. My weight loss isn't lightning fast, but it's going. If I lower my cals under 1,500 I tend to stall, so I just keep it at 1,600-1,700ish.

If you ingest it, then I say log it. Especially oils, since they can definitely add calories.

I weigh every morning, after I go to the bathroom. I know some people don't like to weigh every day, but I just keep the routine and don't get too bogged down in whether or not I'm up a pound or two from the night before.

Chances are you'll be getting more general nutrients than you would by eating meat, assuming you don't only eat junk food. The only thing meat offers in abundance more than the majority of plant-foods do is a high concentration of protein and iron, and a few other minerals which escape me at the moment. Fruits and veggies…

Age: 24 (Almost 25 now) Height: 5'2" SW: 183 CW: 165 GW: 130 I might lower my GW when I reach 130. In the end I want to go by my measurements more than I want to go by weight alone. When I lose my flabby bits, I'm done. Whether that's at 130 or 110 remains to be known as of yet.

When I was a kid I LOVED to get not-candy in my bag. I remember one year a house gave out these little monster finger puppets... I probably kept those for a good 5 years, for some reason.

Remember that by eating less than what you're allowed, you're actually setting yourself up for a fall later on. You are, in essence, training your body to lower itself down to eating 1,500. When you reach the point where you're no longer losing on 1,500... you'll have to eat even less to lose again, because your body will…

I wish. Right now I am sort of at the whims of my mother on when I can get to the grocery store at all, so I tend to just stock up on as much as possible while I am there because it's impossible for me to know exactly when I'll get back, or to which grocery store I'll go to. That said, I'm doing my best to streamline at…

I think the biggest thing for me is that my parents allowed me to eat whatever I wanted as a kid. So I gravitated towards grilled cheeses, mac and cheese, Big Macs, french fries, and so forth. I loathed veggies. I also became more and more sedentary, especially after the 6th grade when I became homeschooled. I've always…

I look up stuff like that all the time out of morbid curiosity... it doesn't mean I have any interest in actually making it. So basically I would react depending on what I know about this person in general. Do they seem like someone who would make drugs? Or do they just seem like someone curious? I would ask about it and…

For some people that's just how it goes. Weight loss is weird. Don't worry about it, just keep going. However, I would like to note that when I recently had a hump of not losing for over a month, I cleaned up my diet and now the weight is falling off again.

I wear a helmet but I can feel the eyes of the neighborhood kids judging me as a lame-o while I do it... But bike helmets are cooler than brain damage.

I don't understand why all the people here are saying it wont stop everyone from going there or ordering the worst thing on the menu. So what? It will help out the people who do care, and isn't that the important thing? Why shouldn't the restaurant put the info up there for transparency's sake? It doesn't hurt anything and…

I'm a vegan and I eat very well whenever I go to Disney World. Yeah, I do have to have a veggie burger and fries a few times, but it's not as often as one might think. If you want some info I can message you a list I have of options that I've compiled for myself. Animal Kingdom Lodge's restaurants, in particular, are…

I'm also going to be going to WDW early this October. I don't personally plan on worrying about what I eat while I am there, because I know I will be walking for the large majority of the day. However, if you're going to be there for two whole weeks you're probably going to be taking it a bit easier than me and my family…

I would adopt a corgi puppy. It's one of three things I want in my life. The others would be to live in Orlando and work at Disney World and to be healthy. I mean, I could go for either of the other two and say I want a house in Orlando, or I could get lipo and a tummy tuck and be done with that, but... to be honest I want…

Hey Candice (Candice is my friend, guys! You should all add her.), I suggest logging in your meals for the day BEFORE you start eating any of them. I realize sometimes stuff comes up and things change, but you can update the meals on the fly if you need to. This really helps me out though, because otherwise I used to come…

Well, I would like to get married some day, soooo... I vote yes.

I have a friend who's signed up for the Wine and Dine and the Princess this year. Me? I don't live in Florida so I wouldn't be able to even if I could run that long right now — which I can't. But I hope that one day BOTH those things will change. In the meantime I wish everyone doing these races luck! =D

I don't bother with spices. That's about it.

Sometimes, I get cramps so bad I can barely stand to get out of bed to go pee. This isn't an "excuse" not to work out. It's a legitimate time where I should rest for my wellbeing, and I refuse to be thought of negatively for that. If I have some damned cramps, it's my right to cite them as my reason why I didn't do my…

I calculated my previous calories at anywhere from 400-600 over where I need to be to lose weight right now, depending on the type of day, on average. Which actually means I was eating at around my maintenance intake. Which makes sense, since I had been stable at my former weight for about 7 years. But everything I ate was…

Believe it or not, unless you are outside exercising for a significant amount of time, (over an hour, at the least) then you really don't have to worry about something like Gatorade. Your body loses electrolytes with sweat, absolutely, but Gatorade isn't really that healthy. It's a lot of empty calories for most of the…

I'm 5'2" and I eat about 1,700 a day, give or take 100 calories. I work out for 45 minutes 5 times a week and am 170 pounds right now.
