YES! I've only been here 10 days, but it has become my obsession. When I'm not at wrk or doing homewrk with my kids..I'm on here. Of course my obsession is costing me some sleep, but I am learning a LOT. I have virtually neglected facebook, but in the long run it'll all be worth it :)

Are they takin inches into consideration too? I did one of these a couple summers ago & failed miserably lol. I guess I wasn't completely ready at that point. Try not to be nervous. My dr told me 20min prior to eating with 8oz of water. My levels have stayed fairly normal in the past couple of yrs so I guess I'm doing something right. I just started here 6 days ago & have 120 to lose just to be at the high end for my height. It does seem like a long journey & sometimes impossible, but with the right support system I believe it's more than possible. :)

I agree that you should sit them down & talk to them about how they are making you feel. No one should ever make you feel lousy about trying to better yourself & your health. If they are true friends they will listen & take what you have said to heart & be more supportive of you. If not then maybe it's time for a new group…

Even if you are eating healthy & eating under ur calorie goal, u can still trick ur body into thinking it is not getting all it needs which in turn will prevent u from losing.
