I'm not claiming fluency (beyond English), but I have reasonable Russian and Japanese from living in both places. My Russians better - I'm way out of practice with my Japanese.

Solid point. A hot bath should raise your heart rate by maybe 15 to 20 percent, resulting in increased calories burn. I think the U.S. military did some research on this at one point.

Standard pushups target: 1) chest (pectoralis major and minor) 2) shoulders (deltoids) 3) triceps 4) upper back (rhomboids and trapezius)

I do "super sets". (2 different exercises alternated through sets) Ie. Barbell bench press - 12 reps Pushups (hands on a balance board (unstable plate like thing) to improve the core muscle workout - 12 reps Repeat 3 or 4 times. If you can! Trust me, you'll notice the difference.

Key, for me, is not just the absolute values / ratios, but also the timing of the intake. Eg I spread my meals out through the day, usually having around 5 or 6 in total (but light - net calories / day are around 1500).
