Don't set yourself up for disappointment by having unrealistic goals or ideas. Some people lose a lot of weight quickly - others don't. You have lost 11 lbs in 2 weeks - in my book that is fantastic. I loved your success story:) I liked the fact that you didn't use any 'tricks' or silly ways to lose your weight - just good sensible eating and exercise. You look great and you are as others have said - an inspiration.

Brilliant- you have done so well ... I am just a few years older than you and wondered about the loose skin issue - I don't have as much weight to lose as you but am concerned about the loose skin. Can you tell me how you coped with this please.

we tried the skinny lasagne the day after they showed it on TV - it was fab!!! I have been getting their recipe's off the internet but will definitely be interested in the book too ;p)

Brilliant NSV - it is such a fabulous feeling when you can fit into clothes that you thought were impossible :noway: - I am in the process of trying out all the clothes that I had given up on ..... fantastic feeling!! :bigsmile:
