I'm 5'5 and heavier than 220. I've done this before but did not maintain, this time will be different. Reading through here seeing the ladies already at the maintenance phase of their journey is an inspiration. Anyone can feel free to add me, I'm always up for inspirational friends.

I work a 6 week rotating shift and honestly after 6 years I'm still not sure my body knows what I'm doing. Through trial and error, I have found what works best for me and you will too. My days tend to be long and grueling so if I don't get to the gym I fit in some workout time at home. I suggest planning your meals,…

^^^ LoL Yes Ma'am! I'm right there with you sister.

^^ This exactly. I agree that dating is never really easy, no matter your weight. I don't think any of us want someone that judges us solely on our weight or phsycial appearance but we all know that those people exist and often times it seems that only those type of people exist when you are out in the dating world. I'm…

^^ This exactly. It is most definitely a lifestyle change. Feel free to add me and best of luck on your journey.

This year on the pre-order form they offered virtual cookies, so that you could buy boxes of cookies and send them overseas to the soldiers. I thought this was a good way to alleviate the guilt from not buying cookies this year. Now to just avoid those sinfully cute, evil little cookie pushers at the grocery store and…

I work a 6 week rotating shift which includes all types of shifts. (Graves, days, evenings...I'm all over the board really.) I have completely cleaned out my locker at work where the only snacks left in there are healthy snacks. I bypass the snack machine at all costs, because there is absolutely nothing healthy going on…

^^^ This!! Absolutely! My ex was not a dog guy and my dog was not a fan of his...wonder why that failed miserably. LoL

I love my furry baby. Amos turns a year this month and is part Blue Heeler (Mom) and part German Shepard. When he was born I thought I was getting a Blue Heeler / Chihuahua mix, which I dubbed the Blue HuaHua's, but boy was I mistaken. At just shy of a year he weighs in at 70 pounds and still thinks he's a lapdog but he's…

I've never worn the bracelet. I have a FitBit Ultra that I love. I have been having issues with mine recently and just finished e-mailing customer service and they are replacing it and upgrading mine to the FitBit One since the ultra is out of stock. I will say this, their customer service is pretty amazing.

If I'm breathing then I probably had coffee that day. I work shift work and find that morning (my morning no matter what time of day it is) cup of coffee the push I need to get ready to go to work. I stick to 2 cups a day and add fat free creamer usually flavored for added sweetness. , I have managed to give up Starbucks…

I agree being busty is a curse as much as it is a blessing. I was a DD is 6th grade, these things have been around as long as I can remember. I thought I was a DDD and after losing 200 lbs I went and got fitted and found out i was a H cup. Who knew that was even an option. :noway: After gaining back some weight, I've just…

Welcome back. We are in the same boat (Well Kind of, I'll be 31 this year) but much of the same goals. You can do this! Dedication is the key and for me it's been making sure I try new foods and shake up my routine, boredom sets in quickly for me. And remember, you will have off days (it's unreasonable to think that you…

Melissa - Great job so far. I will definitely send you a friend request. I have noticed a lot of my friends have become inactive as well. Anyone else feel free to add me, I am 30 (soon to be 31) and have atleast 110 lbs to lose until I re-evaluate and change the goal again. This will be the year I accomplish this, 32 will…

1. I can not stop reading a book in the middle of a chapter, it is physically impossible for me. 2. I can not stand to start my work day with things spread all over my desk. The first thing I do when I sit down is to straighten everything on my desk so that it does push me over the edge first thing in the morning. 3. I…

Yeah, I'm currently working my on-call week and someone called in sick so I am covering for them. Luckily, this is not a normal occurence. I haven't worked 7 12's in a few years and not sure I could manage it on a regular basis anymore.
-
I'll be working Christmas Eve and Christmas, but I adore holiday pay.
-
I am working my 3rd (12 hour shift) of 7 and honestly I'm not sure I can stand another cup of coffee at this point. I work in dispatch for a marine surveying company.

I just recently found out that she had a line of wines. I looked it up and there was only one place to buy them in my area and I most definitely put them at the top of my Christmas wishlist, that's right, wine is at the top of my Christmas wishlist! Here's hoping that the bottles I asked for are under my tree for Christmas.

I'm definitley a white wine girl  and I prefer Moscato or Rieslings but I also enjoy a nice Sangria.

At work, starting my last weekend shift of my on-call week and I can't begin to tell you how happy I am that this week is going to be over soon. Working while sick, but not sick enough to stay home (yet).
