I LOVE IT!!! I'm not a fan of their food intake interface so I use the one here and do the burn interface there.

I'm 5'9.5" and I'm currently 165.4. My goal was 135 but now it's 145 or 155. 135 I was a 6 and may have been a bit too thin now that I look back on it. I am shooting for 145 then rebuild with lean mass.

I plateaued last month from not taking in enough. I'm zig zagging now and losing again.

lol - I had the slim fast. I haven't read that in a while and it affected the argument we were having. I've apologized. No gas for him tonite lol. And thank you.
