I'm having this same issue and I definitely understand how you feel! Make sure you're taking measurements of yourself. If you're exercising a lot then you're also gaining muscle, and since muscle weighs more than fat, you might not show any changes on the scale. I've been meaning to measure myself, but want to get it done…

Feel free to add me! I always try to be encouraging, although sometimes I get too busy to do it every day. I love have supportive friends on here :-)

I definitely understand what you mean. I've always been overweight/bigger, but there's a certain point where it gets to be too much. Feel free to add me and good luck!

Thanks guys! I know my body will adjust, I'm just impatient, haha. I'm definitely going to be working out before work (unless I get a new job) so I just have to make it through until I'm not as tired. I think my feet have also been hurting more because of the weight I've gained, so there's 2 benefits to working out/losing…

I work at a hotel, so I mostly stand in one place, but I always am one to volunteer to bring things to people's rooms! I do notice when I walk more I feel better, but I need to stay near the desk to answer the phone/check people in. Also, my shift is normally 3-11 and my gym isn't open that late. I used to go to planet…

If you weigh yourself daily, there are almost always going to be fluctuations due to water...and other things (I'm sure others will know more). When I'm trying to lose weight I weigh myself weekly instead to see the overall progress and don't get discouraged by the little fluctuations.
