@nikkit321, if it makes you feel any better, bread LOVES me too - so much that one measly bagel will overstay it's welcome for 3-4 days. How can one food item that weighs a couple ounces in hand turn into a couple pounds in my stomach? I try not to give in to it's spell, but alas, I am only successful occasionally.

Keep at it @mhosner! Losing slowly is still losing - I have to keep that in mind myself. It's hard when you see all these posts of people losing 1.5, 2, 3, or even 4 pounds each week. Those of us that just don't lose that quickly need to stay focused and keep our eyes on the prize.

Daily, first thing in the morning after bathroom. Done it for YEARS. Only record weekly weight, however. I've accepted the daily fluctuations. Unfortunately, I haven't been proactive enough to do something about the upward trend - but now ... lookout scale, I'm coming for ya!
