Too fat to run right now (338lbs) so I walk. Usually try for twice a day 20min each. I do this during my 2 15 min work breaks. Im lucky enough to work right next to an outside track that is just under 1 mile. Sometimes I would rather run but wouldnt make it very far and dont want to get too sweaty in my work clothes lol.…

Nothing hydrates better then water. The sodium/electrolytes in the coconut milk will restore levels in the body if they are low though. Also if you get real coconut water without sugar added its pretty bad IMO.

Using common sense and what I know about the body I reckon sugar is bad because it will convert sugar FIRST before anything else to usable energy. If it doesnt need to, the body wont convert/burn fat.

Sorry but on anverage men are physically stronger then woman. This isnt sexism, its genetics. And ive met plenty of dumb woman. So they arnt all gone.

I hate running with a passion, but its the best thing to lose weight/fat. In my opinion it should be the main thing to do for losing weight. Thats why I used to be the best shape of my life when I was in the Army. Thats all we did, was run.
