  • 5'4", 136.5 pounds, 32" Bust, 26" waist, 32" hips.. Wear small-medium shirts depending on the brand/what type of shirts.(Maurices I can wear XS mostly). Pants are mainly size 6 but can get in 4s depending on brand again. Much happier than my weight when I started.. wearing XL shirts and size 22 pants at 234 pounds was not…

  • That sounds like a good goal. I'm sure they have some pretty decent cons in your area. I'm excited to hit up Anime Detour since it's the biggest anime convention in Minnesota. Love it! It's going to be fun and I get to meet some of my favorite voice actors!
  • I'm going to AnimeDetour in Minneapolis MN :D I CANT WAIT. it's my first time at this con, 2nd con ever.
  • I have the phone 5 and i am pretty sure that there is a like button. there's either a comment bubble or a thumbs up underneath the status updates...
  • Hi. I LOVE anime. I used to think it was stupid.. (like in High school...) and ANYWAY it's weird cuz when i was 8 I LOVED Pokemon! A guy I dated introduced me back into anime between 2009-2010 with Death Note.. Then when I met my now husband (through L4D2 on the PC) he told me about Bakuman.. and then proceeded to tell me…
  • My main would be Haruhi Suzumiya. Currently I'm reading the light novels :) Other than that: Skip Beat, Clannad, Kanon, Fruits Basket, FMA (both series), Angel Beats...
  • I have all the FMA Brotherhood OP songs.. I also have the 2 songs Blast sings in NANA...Lucy & Rose.. both are great! I don't currently have them synced to my iphone but will have to get to that soon.. I miss those songs and they really get me in the mood for working out!
  • I prefer dubbed in most cases. I have a lot of favorite voice actors and usually watch the work that they're in. I am picky about art style so I rarely watch anything that has icky artstyle (my opinion of icky)... Subbed is generally good. There are some subbed anime that I've watched and loved, but wish they'd be dubbed.…
  • Don't feel that way. I never took my measurements at the start of my weight loss. i started at a weight of 234 at my 5'4".. when I first started tracking my measurements for my thighs and calves my thighs were 30 and i didn't track my calves but they've never really been THAT big on me. my legs below my knees were usually…
  • Probably Misaki Ayuzawa from Maid-Sama.... I love the maid costume. Though I'd never be able to make it myself, so really I'd need disposable money and the body I'm happy with... :D
  • 5'4" 137.0 lbs bf%:22.3 Thigh: 20 in Calf: 13 in
  • I totally forgot the word dried. I'm doing a million things at work right now so my brain is thinking faster than my fingers can type :( I'm going to edit that now...
  • I weigh every day and have my "true weigh in day" (used to be thursdays but is now Fridays)..That way I can see how certain foods affect me or can remind myself what happens if I skip working out one day because it will reflect on the next morning. I sometimes even weigh myself before bed just to see if it'll be a good…
  • Thanks again to everyone. Whether I've thanked you individually or not, I do appreciate all the comments and it helps me know that I've done good so far and will continue to succeed if I keep on this track ;D
  • Thanks. I do figure that I could have a baby whenever I want to now,b ut I'd like to wait til September mostly for the fact that we hope our plan will work with when the baby would be born...
  • That's awesome! Congrats to you as well!
  • I think you're supposed to.. I've never been good about doing it though. I lost 96 lbs in a year and only ate back my calories occasionally and some days went over my calorie limit even after exercise..
  • Thanks. Cool to see other Tristas around! Growing up my school had me on their roster as Trisha... it took til like 5th grade for them to finally correct their mistake. lol
  • Just so you know your weight loss story is kick a@$ and you should be proud. If I had your figure I would be wearing bikins... to heck with a tankini. You should really look at yourself as the woman you are now, not the girl you used to be. Congrats! [/quote] Thank you! I am trying. It is definitely a hard road and a tough…
  • Honestly I just started incorporating regular strength training into my routine. I bought a home gym system that has a bench press, leg extension, lat pull bar, butterfly, vkr and squat station/military press on it. i'm hoping that helps tone what's there a bit more before my con in April (though I do cosplay as anime…
  • I would agree with this :D If you're doing light workouts all week I don't see you needing a rest day at all. Keep going 7days a week. But if you're weight lifing 2-3 times a week and doing intense cardio the other days, then light walking/yoga/etc would be a good idea at least once a week. Not called "rest" days but…
  • In for ideas :D I have tried a few of the BeFit ones but am looking for more ideas until it gets warmer up here!
  • I actually do have one of those. It's an Omron brand and it measures me around 22.3 percent body fat. Goal is to be 20% or less by the end of the year (or before I get pregnant if we do decide for baby #2-we'd start trying in September/October)
  • I have gone down 1 lb since monday and hope to hold that 1 lb loss at least til next Monday (or lose more!!).. I'm hoping to get at least 10-15 minutes strength training every other day this week, along with daily cardio. (may take it easier on the weekend but not TOO easy)
  • Thanks. I do still have quite a bit of toning to do. That's my goal throughout this year. I bought a home gym system now and will be strength training with that about 3-4x a week.
  • Just wanted to extend my thanks to the new comments!
  • Thanks! I haven't changed my drivers license pic yet and people have given me 2nd looks because i dont look the same.
