  • Jillian Michaels' 30 day Shred. I did it 30 days in a row, not a huge weight loss but def built some muscle and lost 10.5 inches thru my body. I never skipped a day... I was stubborn and relentless, worked through the pain and now am doing insanity dvds... after that, training for 5k and doing some men's health workouts :-)
