Been down with headaches the last couple of days so no running. If everything goes ok plan on doing 2-3 miles tomorrow. Then next week get back with the training plan, no more overtime to distract from the plan. :wink:

Map my run is great it give distance and time cues. Also lets you know your pace. There are options that can change what cue and how often you hear them. Good luck with finding the right one for you.
