I think I eat fairly clean...No bagged products, sometimes the occasional canned vegetables or tuna, but mainly all fresh products.

This is quite exactly what I say. I enjoy bringing up the fact that up until about the 1930s-1940s, pale skin was beautiful. People say that things that stick around longer always come back. How long has tanning been popular...? ;)

Generally I eat 800-1000 on a normal day, and burn 600-800 calories a day. I, personally, find it harder to eat any more than that, and it makes me physically sick to go over that. Everyone has different calorie needs, and I would never say one caloric intake is 'the best' for everyone.

I don't have many short-term goals, but I have cut my weight loss up into two parts. Part 1 - 200 . Part 2 - 160/150. I plan on buying a whole new wardrobe when I reach my UGW. The halfway mark is I get to put some new music on my iPod.

5'8 to 5'9, currently 207, size 14. This is the lowest I've been in a while, so I'm going to shoot for about 150-160. Hopefully that will put me at an 8/10 like I want it to.
