You can do either, but if you scale one then you will always have the little "s" by your name. You wouldn't qualify to move onto regional that way.

I enjoyed it! This is my first Opens, so it was a fun experience with my new little family. I decided to scale since I'm still pretty new and still learning. Friday night was the first time I'd ever done a Snatch or Clean and Jerk; so I'm pretty happy with how I did. 130 reps and 101 lbs

No shoes in the house, everyone washes hands and/or sanitizes when they come home. And quarantine those that are sick, sanitize common areas frequently. I'm not a germ freak but having two kids in schools means they are exposed to and bring a lot of stuff home with them.

It's so nice to hear I'm not the only one feeling like they are shooting an overweight basketball! I've never seen the target on the racks before. Our box is pretty compact; so always are throwing against the wall.

I'm 5'6", so not tall but not short either. I feel like my hand and wrist strength is lacking some, catching the ball off the wall seems to be the challenge for me.

I love rowing! I hate wallballs, I just feel awkward and really struggle to get a rhythm going. However I have focused primarily on Met-Con and not so much Power-Strength stuff at this point, so I'm generally not faced with things such as HSPU's because I don't like them either.

Definitely something with burpees and probably DU's (because they are a weakness for me!).

It's interesting to see how differently people are coached! I don't worry so much about calories and really am working on getting all my macros for protein in.
