I don't really even go out any more because of my new found weight loss/fitness obsession. That sucks balls. I barely socialise anymore. And whenever I do go out I just find myself obsessing over wasted calories

I've lost almost 2 stone in 6 months with a ripped disc and disc bulge in my lower back. I swim like a fish, walk my dogs and bust my *kitten* on the elliptical. I have quite a few off days when my back is not happy (probably because I worked out too hard the day before) but I just rest and then keep on truckin'.…

I exercise every day - can be anything from casual; walking the dogs (45mins), endurance; elliptical (10-30 mins), or intense; swimming (55 mins) I use the elliptical and walk the dogs almost every day of the week and go swimming week days only.
