  • Congrats on the weight loss, but is that a typo? I'm 5'8" and if I weighed 138 I'd be thin as a rail!
  • Was going to post essentially what JJordon beat me to - but will add, you can also use stairs for a convenient range of inclines (i.e, try with your hands on the 4th stair, if that's too easy, go to the 3rd, etc).
  • I'm game for anyone and I log food daily, logging exercise is a bit time consuming. It would be neat if you could form workout "recipes" so that you could add a whole group of individual exercises together. Other than that, I like this site quite a bit.

  • Welcome! I'm just a couple weeks into a similar goal. Actually haven't figured out the friends thing on here yet, but as a tool for logging MFP is great. I haven't tried WW but have only heard good things about it. What didn't you like?
  • Is there any change in your size or measurements? Maybe you're toning/building from the exercise and just not seeing a change in weight. If that's the case, just hang in there! I know this happens to me. I start running and gain weight even as my clothes fit better. It doesn't sound like you're doing anything wrong.
