I use runkeeper, well I used to, but I use endomondo because it feeds into my fitbit, which in turn feeds into MFP. That i can guarantee works

mycrazy8s I'd say mid 20's (you look like someone I know who is that age, not a bad thing before you think it) and I get the impression you are arty.

I know the feeling. I hate running but I had to bite the bullet and get at it. I got round it by wearing rugby shorts, which are tighter and come up quite high. Also they are quite a stiff material so they don't "flop" If that isn't the way, then wear something underneath for a wee while. Eventually you will either not…

I would suggest using another service like fitbit or endomondo and tie it in with MFP. That is how I calculate weight lifting etc.

eh she would suit me fine with any hair. All about the face.

If I am going to be honest, no I don't think so. For a start, I don't think your face is chubby.. you don't have that kind of rounded look (floppy chin etc) you have what I would say was a lean face. As for the hair, I don't think it looks good on anyone, but that is the whole point in opinions.

I would say this would be a good thing. My schedule used to look like that (with swimming) and I lost a lot of weight as a result. It must be the combination of cardio and strength. My old schedule changed to just gym gym gym and my weight stagnated, but now I have; Mon: Gym Tue: Spin Wed: Rugby Thur: die slightly Fri:…
