When I graduated from high school I was in the middle of my first relapse with my ED. :P So at 5'6'' I weighed about 90 lbs. Ick. Goal weight now is somewhere in the 115 to 125 range and with more muscle!

Chocolate cravings are the worst! I love Jello's Mousse Temptations - low calorie and sugar free, and the Dark Chocolate kind only has 2.5 g fat and 2g protein, so I feel like it's at least better than some other choices I could make. You're probably just experiencing normal anxiety as you try to make some healthy life changes, but it's always best to discuss these things with a qualified professional. It is possible to overdose on Vitamin A, but it's pretty hard to do that through diet alone. I remember reading that when juicing was all the rage a few years ago people had some issues if they also took vitamin supplements, but that typically you don't have to worry too much if all your Vitamin A comes from food sources.…

There are so many great ideas in here! I personally really enjoy Stacy's Pita Chips with a little bit of low-fat French Onion dip or homemade onion dip. I also love making smoothies with fruit and yogurt, then adding a little bit of cocoa powder to get that chocolatey fix!
