Yeah my ankles just started hurting 2 days ago on level 2. I'm going to start wearing sneakers now, and that will hopefully eliminate my paid lol.

Me and my mom use 3 pound weights and the lateral lunge with a shoulder raise still kills us & we did two extra days on level 1!

I don't drink coffee but I wouldn't count it because of the sugars, and caffeine. I only log water, crystal light, and other sugar free beverages (besides diet soda) I never had sugar drinks in my house because my dad's a diabetic.

It's a jillian michaels dvd that goes through three levels (suppose to be ten days each) of workouts that generally get harder as the levels progress and people lose weight, and inches, and gain muscle from it =) I'm on day 11 of level 1 because I don't think i'm ready to move on yet!

I agree with you. I've read/heard the same things. My whole house has been drinking diet soda/crystal light and there's been no problems with any of us and hasn't stopped anyone from losing weight. Except I gave up soda and probably have about 2 cups a month.

Today was my last day on level one and the lateral lunges with the shoulder rise still kills me every time. As well as jump roping and then right into jumping jacks.. and honestly the forward lunge too!! I'm going to do two extra days of level one and then start fresh on level 2 on Monday with my mom!

I didn't have soreness my first couple of days... :/ I'm Level 1, Day 8 and now I have soreness. I'm afraid of level two honestly.. Heard a lot of people talking about how killer it is. But stick too it, its so worth it in the end, I already see a difference in my body!

I started last monday and i'm on day 8 today, though I didn't do it yet! Woke up late and went to a job fair.. But since that monday I lost like 3 pounds!

I remember when i was ten I asked my mom what they were and she said it's from either gaining weight to fast or losing weight to fast.I hate them, they are hard to get rid of.. I have some on my thighs that are still light pink after a year... when are they going to go back to my skin color!

I was thinking about doing it twice a day too - not for twice as fast results, just for the workout. But I add cardio and strength after that. I walked two miles today and then some upper/lower body strength training!
