This is such a cool topic to talk about. Before my pregnancy I always been a 34 or 36 C & then I was 40 DD when I was pregnant, but now after I nurse both my kids I am a 38 or 40 D. :) I hope to lose more weight & continue to keep my bust size, but I would be happy to be 36 C again. :)

This surprising me that they say there is calories in I can't believe it is butter spray. I have log in one cup & also the whole bottle & it say no calories so I don't believe the article. I am sticking to using the spray that is no calories. It is yummy on popcorn, omelet & other food for great flavor. :)

I used to love popcorn w/ lots of butter but then I realize It was too much calories, so I switched to spraying I can't believe it is butter spray that have no calories or carbs. I love the spray so much that I also use it for other foods too. :)

This was so much fun to find out. :) My body shape is a Inverted Triangle which is similar to a hour glass or spoon. :) This is the first time I learned about this body shape. :)
