I love when resturants and food places do this, I find it easier to make healthier choices if the numbers are right there for me. So many places have items that seem healthy but really aren't. Salads are a big offender of this

Last week I made quinoa for my family to try. I sauted onions and garlic and toasted the quinoa with it. Then I used chicken stock instead of water and added salt, pepper, ground ginger, and a dash of soy sauce. It was pretty yummy

You will always loose more weight in the begining, especially going from a "lazy lifestyle" to being active. If you are eating right and exericsing and feeling good then you're doing good. It took me a while to figure out that loosing weight does not mean I have to deprive myself or feel hungry all the time. I eat more now than I did before MFP, just the food choices are healthier and spread out throughout the day. And make sure you're drinking your water!

I like the ones that go around your ear. I can't wear earbud because they hurt my ears and I find the ones that go in your ear a little and wrap around your ear fit well and stay in place. Also they don't interfere with my glasses, which is always a good thing. I think the ones I have are sony
