I always eat breakfast and its usually a small bowl of cereal or a bit of toast with a cup of tea. It seems to set me up until lunch time and its not a huge amount of my calories. Breakfast is meant to get the metabolism started thats why its so important xx

Im only doing the 20mins! I would die in the hour too haha.. Í did 7days level 1 then when I stopped sweating went onto level 2. I will do this until I either stop sweating or hit 13days, then I will start level 3 for the remainder of the 30days xx

Wow! level 2 is really pushing me but im loving it! Even if by the last min of abs im shouting to myself "its only a minute!" Also feeling better as ive started to feel a difference, not weight loss or inches (i havent measured myself) but im feeling firmer and my stomach seems tighter. Love it!! xx

It does get better I promise! The first 2 or 3 days I could barely get out of bed or off the sofa I was aching all over. Just keep your fluids up, make your stretches bigger than Jillians, I did this and it helps loads. Im now on day 7 and Level 2. Keep at it hun! Good luck :) Add me if you want xx

Im not hugely below them, 1600 a day and I exercise around 500, sometimes more sometimes less... I eat a minimum of 1200 but I struggle to eat more, im trying foods that are healthy but high cals like nuts. I should get a tape measure to be honest most people go on about inches instead of weight. I dont like to compare but…

everyone seems to be making great progress... am I the only one who is putting on weight?! Ive been under my cal goal every day and yet I seem to have put on about 3lbs! Ah jeez after being a bit rubbish with this lately and being too sore to actually move I am doing day 7today. STILL need to buy a sports bra though, but I refuse to pay £30 for one and all the cheap ones are to small :( so just gonna have to stick to wearing two bras lol!! Hows everyone doing? xx

Dont worry, I'm ridiculously unfit too which comes as a surprise to some people since I live on the 3rd floor and climb my stairs about 3times a day lol. But it does get better :) Just stick with Anita xx

I didn't do the 30DS yesterday since we were out all day but ready to do day 4 today! My muscles have loved the day off and my legs aren't hurting now. I've heard its good to have a break every few days so if anyone is struggling just give your body a rest, you'll be amazed how much 1day off helps :) x

Well day 3 certainly almost killed me. I wasnt gasping for breath as much as day 1 and 2 but I was all red puffy faced. Day 2 has destroyed my legs! Is everyone else doing the 10days level 1, 10days level 2 and 10days level 3 thing or just progressing when you feel its time? Im not looking forward to day 3, im kinda hoping it gets a bit easier soon. xx

Thanks for the advice guys, it really has made me think long and hard about her being in my life. I like to help friends out when I can but I know she only needs the money for her partner to buy weed, and I am very anti drugs which is why it annoys me so much. xx

I've done it for today and jeez my legs are aching already, I'm dreading tomorrow morning!
