I'm 5'3, 161 lbs (11st 7lbs) and I'm a size 12-14 UK - hoping to be around 130-133 lbs (between 9st and 9st 7lbs) :bigsmile: So I have a good 2 stone to lose! Hopefully will end up a size 8-10! Woooaaahhh. I think when the OP says "look what he did to me" - she's joking....? I always say to my boyfriend "it's your fault I'm fat" but I'm obviously kidding...I know it's my fault that I gained weight. This needs to be taken in good humour I think.

Yeah, this happened to me! Thankfully, she left last year but nothing is more embarrassing and disheartening than someone criticizing your food choices (more so because she was wheat intolerant and used to make a big deal about me eating bread, even if it was wholegrain!)

My goals are to lose 5lb every month. I'm hoping to be 160 by 1st Feb, 155 by 1st Mar, 150 by 1st Apr...etc.....all the way to 130lbs on my boyfriends birthday (August 2nd) :smile: I don't think there is a problem with my diet - I follow a meal plan because it's easier and cheaper :drinker: My problem is doing exercise!
