A whole day dedicated to abs? Look to see if you can find an established workout plan. You do need to take rests days. You can do your walks and LIGHT exercise on your rest day to keep yourself motivated.

Take only one dosage. Do not take all three at once. As Jaws said, do not take it before cardio, its best for weight lifting. Your ears and face will probably itch when you take it.

You have to start somewhere. You can do a lot of strength training with the equipment that you have already. You may want to invest in some smaller weights so you can progress without injury. If you need any help, please let me know, and I'll do what I can.

Keep it up! It starts off a bit painful, but you will get better at it! Its awesome when you start going up in weight, and you really begin to see how your body is changing for the better.
