I gave up pretty much all carbonated beverages except for the occasional homebrewed beer ;) I also gave up juice with corn syrup or added sugars. I try to eat only lean meats and avoid chemicals and preservatives.

Thanks! I've lost the weight before about 2 years ago so I know I can do it! The key to using all of the featuers is the stopwatch. Start the stopwatch and all should work (calories/fatburn counters).
