I'm looking to achieve a similar goal now that I have lost the weight I wanted to. I haven't totally committed to change the eating habits so that it's heavy protein. I would love to reduce my current 23% to about 15 %. Good luck to you

Yeah I need to get some estimates on that after the holidays. A good friend of mine said because my ring has little diamonds embedded in the band that I'm probably looking at a good chunk of change :-(.

Im not entirely sure about the number just have an image in my head of what I look like when I get there. To answer your question I think my fat % would be around 18.

Great question, I'm in the same boat as well. I suggest maybe start tracking more of your percent of body fat instead weight on the scale. I wish I would of done this about 10 lbs ago instead I was terrified I would gain the weight back.

I think I have learned best from experience. Six months ago I could not even attempt to make an educated guess on what a meals total calorie count was, today I have a pretty good idea. I can't say I'm terribly worried about a 20% error since I eat out an average of 4 meals a week.

I do look for what's closest in the database, ingredient wise. I tend to Estimate the food on the high end when I'm not sure. You can go crazy trying to make it exact.

It's all good, the fact that your making a conscious effort to watch what you eat is a great start. Even if you gone over your calorie count for the day it would of been fine. I guess in a crazy way it's possible that this person thinks they are helping you? Maybe thinking those things are or would motivate you to lose weight. If you haven't done so already I would strongly suggest letting the person know how hurtful it is to you. Anyone who loves you would apologize and stop.

I was ashamed of seeing myself without a shirt on and it almost got to the point that even with a shirt on I was feeling down on myself.

Everything in moderation I say. The fact that your choosing natural snacks over some of that crazy man made crap is good enough.

I started my morning with some of cardio to give me extra calories. I had a coffee for breakfast and nothing else. I went all out pig style around three, not feeling hungry now and under :-)

It was pure laziness on my part :laugh: it was close and served a purpose.

I have the same problem as you do. I did buy a stepper about two years ago but I get bored using it easily. I tried watching everything and anything on TV and nothing helps. I personally don't like running out in the cold with multiple layers so options are limited. I think the treadmill in a gym might be the best…
