Treadmill and elliptical, each of them for 30 minutes. I can't run on treadmill but I walk fast, but my all time favourite is elliptical.

I used to hate cardio, then I tried elliptical training and found out it suits much better for me. Maybe you haven't tried "the one" exercise you'll love yet? I also try to focus on my goals and think about them when I use treadmill, which I don't like a bit but force my self to stay on my exercise pack. But if you don't…
