I am 6' 2" and have a big frame (i think) Should I go lower than say...210 lbs?

I was skeptical about it but now I know it works. Do you have to be in some kind of decent physical condition to do it or is it really for anyone?

Are you set to 1 lb a week? Why kind of food you usually consume? Do you snak between meals? Are you drinking plenty of liquid? Do you eat really fast? How long have you been on the program? What kind of exercise are you doing? There are a lot of questions that, if answered, might help you find a solution.

In a little less than two months I've lost 22lbs. Just eating kind of right and exercising whenever I can. Drinking plenty of water and modifying my daily routine a little. Like parking my car farther away than before so I have to walk longer etc.
