It's been almost a year since i've seen one-derland :sad: . Would be great to get there again by Christmas...I'm 206 last time I weighed so getting to 190 would make me very happy....if I get in the 180's I'll be ECSTATIC!!!

Wow congrats on finishing! I just started Month 2 and it is SOOO HARRD...how did you do it! I'm about 206 so it's not easy getting this body to do all those moves...but I really want to finish...so badly...i jus need the motivation...please share

Yes I have to admit I need to clean up my eating alot more! I'm sure that has alot to do with my not seeing the results I want to see as well...it's a work in progress but we'll get there!

Yes doing a second round is definitely something I'm considering...I was even thinking of repeating month 1 before going to Month 2 but I decided I'm gonna push through and give Month 2 a try (might be the push my body needs to start letting go of this fat!) and I'm sure i'll do alot better next time around...I find myself…

Week 4 day 5 finished last night - Pure Cardio...didn't get to Cardio Abs but I'm still happy....just one more workout and Month 1 ends!!! :drinker:

I hear ya Ashley....I think Insanity is all I can manage right now....it's taking alot out of me and I don't want to bite off more than I can chew! I'm committed to finishing it and then will move on to the next challenge...2 more days till the end of Month 1....recovery week...then Month 2 begins...yikes!!!

Thanks much you guys...i pushed myself and was able to complete Day 3 of Week 4 last nite....it was really hard but I didn't feel as winded or sick as I did the night before...so that was a little encouraging....boy did i sweat!!!! Only 3 more days till the end of Month 1! Can't believe it! Really really nervous for Month…

Thankyou so much for sharing....I am heavy too and part of why I was skeptical about whether I should start...but i have and on week 4 now and praying for the strength to push through and finish!
