I discovered that too. I think the problem lies in that a HRM can tell how hard you are working and MFP can only guess. Plus, specific exercises are not available and you have to guess as to what to categorize some workouts. I now only log what my heart rate monitor says since it is the lower number and probably more…

It can be tough for me to find time and I am housewife! I find that even if you can't make it to the gym, there are plenty of DVDs that you can try out at home in the morning or whenever you have even as little as 15 minutes to spare! The GPS is a bit sketchy. I had it tell me that I ran 2 more miles than I did and another time it was a mile off! I just started Insanity. I am 5'4" and 169. Which is for me is still heavy. I can say one thing... Insanity is hard on the lower body. I just tried Ion Color Brilliance in Magenta. I had prelightened my hair as recommended and it turned to a highlighter pink color instead. I eat whatever I want and try to stay in my calorie limit. But I do make better choices now than I used to. Oh, I also stopped drinking calories and only drink water.

I think my balance is better out of shoes than in them. So I only wear shoes if I am on my stationary bike when I am at home working out.
