  • I recently weaned myself of my 'coffee flavored cream & sugar'. Now I just have black coffee with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a couple of ice cubes. It's definately not the same, but it isn't bad; even with the cinnamon it's less than 5 calories for a cup. Hope you feel better soon bburg86!

  • Funny, I got exactly 270 mountain climbers too, wasn't exactly sure if I counted 'em all. I had 40 pushups, and 2 wall sits. I was also pretty liberal when it came to Michonne, basically if she wasn't scowling, I counted it as a smile...ended up with 120 jumping jacks. But it only took me a tad over 12 minutes to do it…

  • hahaha, @julebg79‌ - I had to google those myself. rhomboid squeeze is basically pulling shoulders back, but the heist push-up is a be-otch! it's a push up, then flipping over 180 so tummy faces up, then antother 180 back into push up position.
