So far for my work pants I have done a fold over the pockets and sewn it to make the waist a bit tighter, buying myself time as I don't have much to spare, however I realize that this trick won't last much longer since the tummy part is looking really loose even if the pants aren't sliding off my hips. I was 6 months pregnant when I turned 21. My first & only for now. I wasn't ready then, he was a surprise. I wouldn't give him up for anything, he is a great kid. However, would have enjoyed a few more years before starting my familly, it's tough and quite expensive.

I have a large salad or whatever healthy meal then allow my self one serving of whatever it is. If you are already full you won't have such a desire to over indulge and the single serving will seem more satisfying without feeling that you are depriving yourself (which often leads to over indulging later).

I've never had to try gaining weight, it's been a struggle to lose any. I keep plenty of water bottles & MIO in easy reach around the house, at my desk and even in my car. If I see it I remember to drink it.
