I enjoy WII Fit, Yoga video's, and there is always the fall back of just walking. When I get a bit more energy/stamina I will try Zumba and other cardio video's again, but in my current state I wouldn't make it through which would just discourage.

I lost over 70 lbs and all my exercise was wii fit plus, yoga and walking.
