I made this yesterday. Yummy!

Vitamix all the way. It is a little pricey ($400), but worth it if you make lots of smoothies with frozen berries or something like oat bran and cottage cheese for breads.

I'm there with you, sista.

You can also strain regular yogurt to make Greek yogurt. Line a strainer with coffee filters, put it over a bowl, pour in the yogurt and let stand in the fridge for a few hours (consistency/taste of sour cream) or overnight (consistency/taste of cream cheese). Amazon sells a fancy little contraption with a fine mesh…

Oooh...that sounds yummy!

Have you tried ground turkey breast? If you use it in things like spaghetti. meatloaf, and tacos, You can't really tell too much difference (ok, at first you will but you get used to it). You can also doctor it up and grill as a burger.

P.S. Don't forget to break the ends off. It should snap right where the "stringy" part starts.

I use a little olive oil spray, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake on a cookie sheet for about 10 min at 400. Not only does it may your pee smell, we've come to calling it asparaGAS in my house. But it's just to yummy to resist!

One thing I find makes drinking water easier is to add a little lemon juice and sweetner. I always order water with lemon when dining out and then use frozen lemon juice at home and work. It makes the "medicine" go down and is a natural diuretic to get off the water weight.
