Drinking water, eating good food to help you feel full longer and if these don't help I go take a long look in the mirror. If it's good, I won't eat. If it's bad, I won't eat. It's a win/win for me, lol.

After eating so "good" for a couple months I can't imagine going over because I'm so full now!! But I doubt one bad day amongst good days will do much just like one good day amongst bad won't do much either : ))
