The only reason I do reps is because I suck at them so I have to stop and then try again. But I found with each rep I can last longer.

Keep in mind muscle mass weighs more that fat so if you are increasing exercise or whatever be sure to take measurements because you may not be losing weight but can be losing inches! do you take multi-vitamins? I would imagine you probably are a little anemic from giving blood...that's natural. I would say to try some multi-vitamins with iron and see if that helps maybe.
