I have been searching for my amazing slim body for a while now - happy to join you on the journey if you want to add me :)

Thanks Brittney :)

This^^^^ - your body will get used to it. I can't go a day without having several serves of fresh vegetables. If i miss a day, I don't feel myself and get all lethargic and yucky. You can do it!

I am currently half-way through Louise Hay's "You Can Heal you Life". My mum spent years nagging me to read it, and now at 33, I have finally decided to follow her advice. I can honestly say it's one of the best things I have ever read - I only wish I had done it sooner. When I first started reading it, I couldn't look at…

We kept our wedding down to 56 guests (including the bridal party etc). We followed the same rules you have laid out and we were really lucky that everyone was very understanding. One of my friends even commented that she had so much fun having a night away from the hubby and kids and meeting new people. I do understand…

One cat gets Royal Canin Obesity dry food for breaky and dinner The other cat gets Eukanuba dry food for breaky, then Hills wet food for dinner mixed with water (she gets cystitis if she only gets dry food) Our kitten gets Advance kitten dry food for breaky then Hills Kitten wet food for dinner. Sigh......can't wait til…

Yep I feel ya. I used to work in retail and I once had a customer come up to me, rub my tummy and ask when I was due. My response? "Apparently the only thing I'm due for is a diet!"
-
Yep I hear ya on that one. My hubby just does the "nod n smile". He loves me no matter what size I am though. Time to show him what I'm made of!

I'm' not vegan, but as of Jan 1st, my husband I have made massive changes to our diet. We used to have red meat 3-4 times a week minimum, and chicken the rest of the time. A meal wasn't a meal without some kind of meat. We now eat red meat once a week, and the rest of the week we have lentils, eggs, vegetables and seafood.…

I can't bring myself to watch it!

LOL I think I cried like 4 times in Up! Awesome movie though!
-
McDonalds: Large Big Mac meal 10 chicken nuggets Cheeseburger Needless to say I was a very sick girl afterwards!

My husband and I considered doing Lite n Easy but opted out at the last minute. We are both big fans of fresh food and homecooked meals. The idea of microwaving/reheating every single dinner put us both off. If you don't mind that aspect of it though, why not give it a go?

Lots of fresh veg and fruit Lactose-free milk WINE :drinker:

When I dream, I am always aware that it's a dream. I can also control what I do while dreaming and steer the dream the way I want it to go.

Definitely this ^^^ It's a slow process. Just try to cut down gradually. If you try to go cold turkey, you're setting yourself up for failure. Junk food is an addiction, but you will find that with perseverance, the less you eat it, the less you want it. I used to crave fatty foods, but now when I eat them, I feel so sick!…

Walk, walk, walk  I am 240 pounds and also have a bad back. I think walking is a great place to start. Just take a walk around your neighbourhood once a day, even if it's just for half an hour. This should get the weight-loss ball rolling, if you combine it with eating right, then when you feel comfortable, move on…

You could try doing what we have done - we have 3 indoor cats, but my husband built them a big outdoor enclosure complete with tree stumps, climbing steps and a hammock! They love it and still get to enjoy the sunshine and breeze while not getting into scraps, getting hit by a car or killing local wildlife :drinker:

HAHA I was just thinking the exact same thing!
-
I have the same problem with my iPhone - at first I thought I had the stubbiest fingers in the world coz I kept hitting every letter but the one I was trying to use! It does get easier though - it now only takes me 5 minutes to send a text instead of 10! :drinker:
-
Mine died after 2 months - it stopped syncing with my computer no matter what I did. The FitBit people still dont' have any way to contact them by phone, so if something goes wrong you have to email them then wait up to a week for a reply. I tried everything they suggested but to no avail. I still use it to count my steps,…

LOL I always follow this rule.......unless I am at home of course - then it's anything goes! :drinker:
-
Me too - sometimes I have breaks for a few months, but I always end up coming back to it!
