Ok, for all you replicators of acceptable nutritional values...you can still over-eat. And, just to mention, the sport of choice in TNG was...............poker!
-
especially if you had to use the head.
-
I though about that...maybe one day we can all eat rice cakes and have replicators program them to look and taste like something else...to bad they couldn't have had replicators in the matrix, then everything would not have needed to taste like chicken.

Maybe the spandex bdy suits are super spandex that will ine day hold everything together.

****The only thing I ask for people who send a fitbit friend request: Please message me unsing MFP that you will be sending me a friend request. Profile names don't always match fitbit profiles, and the profiles on MFP are more detailed and I would like to know who I am adding before I do.****** Thank You.…

I agree, I hate hearing "skinny size 5 and under" or "I have never been pregnant" people tell me (last month size 14 tight, this month size 12 loose), "Stop being hard on yourself, you don't need to lose weight, you are beautiful the way you are!" :grumble: I mean, really?

I did the same except I waited till I lost 15#. I have said to many times that I would, and didn't follow thru. I will admit tho, one of the the most helpful tools I have for me right now is an unmovable deadline. With my husband deployed, I am using his redeployment as my deadline; in the past, I continually changed my…

Whoops, that's what I get for not proof reading: I forgot the "Q" in question. I always seem to be getting ahead of myself, maybe this will give my post more attention, thereby more answers.

Just so I can be the first to say it: El Paso!

Props on the title...wish I was imaginative. Lol. :drinker: Anyway, I used to beat my meat, until my beating toy got lost (or stolen) in our most recent move (and my stoneware too, as a matter of fact  ). Haven't taken the time to buy a replacement. I liked using it for CK parmesan, and thinning as well as tenderizing…

I have only had an allergic reaction once that put me in the ER since I couldn't breathe (to this day we have know clue what I was allergic to). A friend took me to the ER, and had to leave so she could pick up her friend form the airport. Apparently, some of the reactions I have to benadryl (first time I ever took it) are…

I envy you! I am a 29yo SAHM (but rarely home) with 2 girls ages 6 &1. I wish I could go to the gym as often as you do, but finding someone to watch my baby every day is hard. I am able to go to the gym four about an hour (tuesdays 2 hr) though. Tuesdays I yoga, wed I row, fri I elliptical. Also, I just had a…

I have a new FAVORITE pasta! Brand name: Ronzoni - Garden Delights. They are enriched with tomato, carrot, and spinach (not that much of a taste difference from regular pasta, but yummy unlike whole grain); The pasta is very colorful and contains "a full serving of vegetables per 4oz portion".

Damn, you have some amazing arms!!!!
-
As far as I am concerned, the fact that ou take the time to work on your body to get where you are is hotness. I don't like "girly" men, but any man willing to put forth the effort to show he is a man...now you have my attention!!!
-
I so know what you mean! The muscles you get to have wrapped around you, and feel the rock hardness while they surround you! I have been a severe withdrawl with my honey deployed!!!

:drinker:

This is an amazing weekend starter!!! There are some AMAZING abs out there, but.... my favorite muscle groups are the deltoids and back...any pics for this???:blushing:

LMAO...awesome answer (except for when they are deployed  )

I have a fitbit myself, and one other thing I don't see here in which part of the confusion may be is: The Fitbit is not a HRM; however, it does calculate how active you are. By using stride length, distance and time, it calculates calorie burn ACCORDING to MET's. If you have ever used the Wii Fit, this is the exact same…

I was just wondering that myself.

Can't resist on the tmi part. Preferably my birthday suit, however, if the kids have a nightmare and have to sleep in bed I then sleep in shorts and a tshirt. There is nothing more comfy than sliding into sheets. And, until I am ready for bed, I have a beautiful asian silky-feeling robe. Although, I do have to mix…

Ask you doctor about this one if you are interested. I like rowing machines; they are aerobic and anaerobic, which means they are cardio and strength at the same time. Rowing machines are considered low impact; AND proper form requires you to keep you back straight and aligned. If this does interest you go to you tube and…
