This for sure. I've been in this situation recently as well. And honestly, sometimes after dealing with all of their emotional drama for years, the last thing you want to do is have a big pow-wow about why you want distance from them. It's easier just to cut ties.

First responder team here! Completed the squat challenge (ended up doing it without weights), fit test and met my goals this week! The Sally squat challenge was killer but I liked it a lot. Plan on still doing it with weights soon!

Story sync is fantastic. It's an interactive kind of guide, I guess, that plays along with new episodes. There are polls, quizzes, games, gore-gauges for kills, extra info (like the WHO orders for the first Fear episode for example), etc. http://www.amc.com/story-sync

Fit test results: Mile: 15:18 Squats: 29 (after leg day...ugh.) Plank: 46 seconds Sit and reach: -1 half push-ups 12 Doing the squat challenge tomorrow....hate waiting til the last minute but I don't think my legs will cooperate today!

The story sync kinda touched on this. They had a document on there from the World Health Organization that said something like "restrain the deceased by any means possible". So I def agree it was a cover up! The story sync is awesome. Do any of you use it?

Planning on doing the fit test today while knocking out a gym day per my own goals! Checked out the squat challenge last night but would like to add weight to my squats so will probably do that in the gym tomorrow or Friday!

I loved it more than I thought I would! It was a little slow but I expected that. I didn't think I'd take to the cast as fast as I did....I really liked all of them.

I'm Rachel and this is my first Walking Dead challenge! My goals are: stay within my weekly calorie goal hit the gym at least 3x a week meal prep breakfasts/lunches and only eat out at lunch maximum 1x per week (my wallet will also appreciate this)

What helped me was keeping a pack of smokes on hand and talking myself out of having one. For me it was much easier to say no when I had the option of smoking but made it my choice to not do so. I've never had a problem with vitamin D deficiency, but about a year ago I moved from Alabama to Cleveland. There is literally NO sun in Cleveland, especially in the winter, so I guess my body was like wtf. I took 50,000 iu once a week for 12 weeks and it helped tremendously with mood and energy.

I thought this too. People (like me) with anxiety are already super-sensitive to any changes in their bodies or how they are feeling so even something simple like hunger can trigger symptoms for sure.

I've been at this awhile, but I've been really lazy/unmotivated lately and I've gained a few pounds. I saw a snap chat video of myself on the 4th of July and I almost died. I didn't even recognize myself. I wish I could have saved that video to look at periodically when I'm feeling lazy again.

I have these and LOVE them. Except mine were way more than $20....where did you find yours? Edited to add: OP, my ears are small and/or weirdly shaped and most earbuds fall out of my ears (apple ones are the worst) but these are really squishy and fit perfectly.
