Do not give up what you want most for what you want right now! I use this phrase to get me through a lot! When I'm at the gym and feel like quitting or to find the strength to keep driving past that drive thru window. lol, I want a fit/toned and healthy body, a BK tendercrisp will not help me achieve that goal.

I prefer the weight watchers smart one products vs the lean cuisine. To me they just taste better. I eat one EVERY day for lunch. I do realize that the sodium content is high but the calorie count is low and I just watch my sodium on everything else. Also, they usually have 2-3 grams of fiber, about 20 grams of protein and…

First day done!! My gosh, Jillian kicked my butt harder than I thought, didn't realize how out of shape I really was. Had to take a couple of breaks but I did feel the burn and I broke a sweat. Not looking forward to tomorrow, lol.

I have never taken a spin class. But after reading this thread, it really makes me want to give it a try. My gym offers one Monday - Friday, so I might just give it a chance.
