I probably won't reach my Easter goal because it is a loss of 2 pounds a week and I think it's a little unrealistic... but I'm going to try!!! Starting weight: 165.6 lbs Current weight:…

I notice more in my upper abbs than my lower. Am on my second round and am still looking forward to that "huge" difference. But I have lost major inches around my waist. So, I'll take the smaller accomplishments in my lower abb pooch. :) Feel free to add me.

In my first round of insanity, I had major shin splints. Be sure to do the stretches. Also, deep side lunges (like a deep squat with one leg out to the side) helped. Also, before your workout, you can walk on your tippy toes and then heels for a few minutes. I am halfway through my second round of insanity. I am always…

I noticed my results the most around week 1 of month 2. I have been dieting. Eating 1200cals and eating back the cals I burn off with the workouts. You workout every day but Sunday. Month 1 workouts are around 38-45 minutes. Month 2 workouts are 45-60 minutes.

Wow! I always want to be "one of those girls" that you describe. I am the same height as you are and weighed about 165 at the beginning of my journey. So far I'm 15.5 lbs down and working so hard to be like you! You look so very stunning, girl! x

My last day of Insanity (round 1) is July 1st. I will be more than happy to post my pics then... provided that I can find this forum again. :) I am 5'5" and was 165.6 lbs on April 16, 2012. I am currently finishing the third week of month 2 today. (I was sick, then had a family emergency so, I put everything on hold for…

Looks like you got it right until step 4. It should be: 4) 112.9 - 103.75 = 9.15 X 100 = 915 5) 915/112.9 = 8.10451727 * You have 8.1% Body Fat. You are skinny!!!

She totally stole that one from me! :)
