I don't do any extra warm up for the 30DS. I do find it hard to do the jumps. However, on days when I combine 25 minutes of running, followed right away by my 30DS routine, I feel that the movements are much easier. I'd suggest the same. I'm on my third day and it's going well. I also have a friend who offered to run with me. She has taken a running class in the past and she suggests to combine the running with exercices that would help you build your endurance and strenghten your core )ex. weight lifting or circuit training)

My personal opinion: 1 and 4 flatter you most and balance your figure. You look well put together with both if them since they have structure. If I were you I'd buy those two. #1, the best, then #4, if you have to go for a 3rd one, #3, and if you absolutely have to buy a 4th one, then #2 (but only to wear to the beach...)…

Thanks!!!! I'll try something tonight! Just wondering if it freezes well once cooked, or if the uncooked half can survive a few days in the fridge. Because if I cook the entire thing I may be eating spaghetti squash for a while.

I've been to class. I got really crowded as weeks went by and i'm short, so i could not see my moves in the mirror most of the time or the instructor for that matter. LOL So I ordered the wii game and I do it about 6 times a week. What's great is that I can do it anytime I want, for the amount of time I want. Saves me time…
