Definitely don't worry about it and just go back to normal. I visited home last week and I had a couple of good days and a couple of not so good days. My weight went up only a pound or so, so some of that was just water weight that come off pretty quickly. Days like that won't do you much harm, the harm comes when it lasts…

I usually walk everyday (2 miles with my dog), so when I am not having a workout day I am always physically doing something.

I agree with some of the others that say that the more I exercise the less cramps I get. I definitely don't make it an excuse to eat whatever I want, but if I am in a lot of pain I won't exercise, I just adjust my calories accordingly.

Honestly I've had wine on the weekends and something like Coors Light during the week and have not had any problems. I always make sure it fits in with my calorie limit, but for something like this I want to make sure that I keep it all in moderation. I also don't drink enough so that it impacts my workout the next day…

When I started I was a size 14 and now I'm a size 12 (size 8-10 dress though). Two years ago when I was doing really well I made it so that I just fit into a size 8 and I knew I wanted to lose more, so ideally I think I would like to be a 4 or a 6.
