Chocolate VegaOne (blended with almond milk), but I HAVE to also blend with a banana otherwise the taste is weird, but the banana makes it taste great (magic?). I also need to blend it, shaking won't do squat.

I lose between 0.5-2 pounds a week. There have been a very few amount of times where I have lost three, but I think it was only because I was retaining water from the week before. Now that I am closer to my goal weight I don't really lose more than 1 pound a week.

I fluctuate between 8-10. My diet is always super on par but my exercise waxes and wanes depending on my schedule. I do always make sure to get out on some walks though, especially now that the weather is better :)
