Celery/carrot sticks and hummus (although you still have to measure out the hummus). There are also some great greek yogurt dip recipes out there for veggies too. Kale chips are easy to make and taste great, and air-popped popcorn. Cold cuts are another option (if there are other people there then cheese can be put out…

Go Pats!!!! I am keeping my eating normal today :) I just had a giant salad and that should hopefully keep me full lol. On game days we ALWAYS used to go out for wings and beer, and so I miss having that. But my favorite alternative is carrot/celery sticks and hummus.

My campus was huge and I definitely walked a couple of miles every day. I would put in lightly active or I would put sedentary and calculate how much you walk every day in-between classes

Hey! I'm not a college student anymore but I'm in medical school and know (and remember) how hard it is to deal with food and exercise while in a school environment. Feel free to add me :)

I use VegaOne chocolate and blend a banana in with it and it makes it very palatable. I haven't tried others though so I can't compare.

I find that when I don't eat breads/pasta I feel MUCH better. I will go nowhere as far to say that I have an "intolerance", because I don't. But I feel less bloated and more comfortable as well as fuller longer when I don't eat grain products. But that also forces you to eat more of the other things like…

- Keep on track eating wise while going through medical school - Continue to do well in medical school - Once I have my nutrition consistent, slowly introduce exercise (I am a big all-or-nothing person, and that often doesn't work when I try and change nutrition and exercise at the same time) - Don't let peer pressure…

I would love to be between 130-140 for my wedding in July :)

I'm getting married in July (and at a vineyard too!)! I'm super excited and would like to lose about 20 pounds but I will actually still be pretty happy if I can lose 10. Ultimately I would like to be down 30 although I don't expect that for the wedding. Since I started medical school it has been harder to focus on my…

I'm getting married in July :) I have just started getting back on track and would like to lose ~20 pounds before that. I would actually be happy with 10 by then but ultimately I would like to lose 30. I already have my dress and fortunately it fits in a way that weight fluctuations (or how my body deals with them) won't…

I'm 5'5" and my UGW is somewhere between 120 and 130. I started out at 181 and I have never been below 150 as an adult - up until now anyway (now I'm 148, yay!). I really have no idea what to expect, but I know I'm not going to stop in the 140's. I might be happy somewhere in the 130's so I won't count it out yet!

Send me a request! I'm 24 - I lost my first ten pounds a while ago and then have lost 22 since the new year. My starting weight was 181 and my current weight is 149.

I weigh daily at the same time. My weight doesn't fluctuate THAT much from day to day so when I full pound goes down I record it.

Yes please! Each month my goal is to lose ~5 pounds. Although if I lose 8 pounds this month I will no longer be "overweight" by BMI standards :) SW: 181 CW: 158 GW: 153 (150 if I can get it!) Each month my goal is to lose 5 pounds - so I am hoping to be at least 153 by the end of the month :) I would also LOVE for my size 12's to be loose. I tried my 10's on yesterday and they zipped and buttoned, but were still a little tight. However, if I could lose 8 pounds this month I will no longer be considered…

Personally, I don't gain weight during TOM, so I weigh myself throughout (I am a daily weigher). I log a weight loss once I drop a full pound.
