What a GREAT idea of having NSV goals for 2014.... I got to think of a good one... but I like your #3!!! Not sure if these counts but on Jan 1 I will be doing the polar bear swim in frigid waters..in a bathing suit I just bought a smaller size than the one I had this summer....so it will be a victory because I will…

On days that I need to pack a quick lunch ...boiled eggs (boil them the night before and mix with a tablespoon of plain Greek yogurt) add a cracker *Ryvta is the best in my opinion - and some cukes or other cut up veg... hummus works well... also nuts (almonds are the best) and also one of those small flavoured tuna cans…

What an inspiration! In some of the photos you look like you are in highschool! I am the same height and therefore when I reach 149 my BMI will also be 'normal'. Looking forward to it....and your photos REALLY inspired me!!!! Congratulations!!!!!! thanks for posting!!!!!

Oh Wow that's an amazing NSV!!! and I LOVE to work our to 80s!

sometimes as a snack I eat the white of a hard boiled egg...I say this because some people are worried about the yolk. I normally eat the whole egg...they are a really good source of protein.

My tip is to focus on one thing at a time. Don't try to look after a baby (first priority), watch your diet and do exercises, clean the house, etc etc.. all at the same time. It is GREAT that you are taking the firs step by logging on! and focus on Baby and portion control. If you are a snacker (I was when I was…

Okay..so my opinion is to take a deep breath, get "Christmas over with' and then sleep, and then focus on your diet and what you are eating and leave the exercise for few weeks/months. I know someone who was trying to quit smoking, move house, and lose weight. She decided to focus on only 2. If your son is in…

After about a 15lbs loss I went down a size in pants and bra.... some shirts still fit but some I had give away because they just weren't working... I just recently bought 2 pairs of size 12 pants for work (and gave away all the 16s and most of the 14s). But couldn't part with my favourite pair of jeans which were so tight…

nooooo not unmanly at all...it's sexy!!! really!!!

Same here... then I started eating my exercise calories back which helped. But the thing that helped the most is eating more protein... Greek yogurt and plain veggies, and going to bed when I've ran out of calories (like tonight..)

I like #10....#11 when talking on the phone always stand...or walk if you can.
-
Wow big difference. Good job!

Thanks for sharing. This is exactly what I needed today. I liked that you have 'mini' goals. My first goal is 10% of my weight and I'm almost there. Then I will try for another 10% etc... great photos and congratulations!!!!!

My tip is to eat half of what a 'normal' meal would be. Instead of a whole sandwich ( 2 slices) I have either an open face one or cut 1 slice of bread and make it into half a sandwich. We went out for burgers on Friday and I didn't order fries...I did eat 2 of the skinny ones off my son's plate (and made sure I counted…

Wow. Amazing. Sorry about your dad and your grandma. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing....very inspirational. p.s. the difference between the 2 bottom photos is unbelievable...it really looks like 2 different people...not even sisters, or even related. Big difference. Hope you stay healthy.

If you have a lap top you could do yoga/pilates ...look for videos on youtube.

I use Greek yogurt (no flavour) instead of sour cream (for tacos or chili) and instead of mayo (for tuna fish or egg sandwich). 1 Tablespoon of Greek yogurt is so much less than 1 Tablespoon of cream or mayo! I also eat burgers with only the bottom slice of bread.
